The sea’s many raw materials contain important nutrients such as proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Producing enough food with the smallest possible environmental footprint is one of the most important missions ever, and through good administration and refining of the natural and nutritious biomass we have available under the sea surface, much can be solved.

Atlantic salmon (salmo salar) is one of the most valuable marine resources in Norwegian waters and has great economic importance for Norway. When the salmon is prepared for consumption, large amounts of residual raw material are created which were historically seen as waste. Today, offcuts and sloughs are valuable raw materials that we refine into premium omega-3 oil and protein-rich flour for the world market.

See products

The Norwegian coastline is long, rich in species and an important source of healthy and nutritious raw materials for an ever-growing world population.
Our mission is to secure and process sustainable and safe marine ingredients with a long-term perspective.

Responsibility for life and nature
