Da m\u00e5 vi tenke kortreist, nytt og b\u00e6rekraftig, og utnytte de ressursene vi allerede har tilgjengelig her hjemme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5 utnytte hele laksen og ta vare p\u00e5 mer av den her hjemme i Norge er et viktig bidrag til en slik b\u00e6rekraftig f\u00f4rproduksjon i oppdrettsn\u00e6ringen. Slo og avskj\u00e6r fra laks er nemlig ikke avfall, det er verdifullt rest-r\u00e5stoff som kan inn i matkjeden igjen som marine f\u00f4ringredienser av h\u00f8y kvalitet laksen b\u00e5de kan spise og vokse ekstra godt p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingrid Sandbakken og Kathrine Kjos Five er n\u00e6ringsstipendiater i Nutrimar og ble nylig intervjuet av Gemini NTNU om det viktige funnet som gir gr\u00f8nt lys for laksehydrolysat som proteinkilde i laksef\u00f4r. Med dette kan r\u00e5stoffet vi prosesserer fra laksen selv utgj\u00f8re en b\u00e6rekraftig, sirkul\u00e6r og l\u00f8nnsom verdikjede i havbruket fremover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laksehydrolysat er alts\u00e5 trygt \u00e5 bruke som proteinkilde og f\u00f4ringrediens hos oppdrettslaks, og bedrer i tillegg n\u00e6ringsopptak, vekst og helse hos fisken.
